These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, applications, communications, and services offered by Greative Media LLC (“Greative Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including greativemedia.com and apply.greativemedia.com (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Site allows you to learn about Greative Media’s marketing services, submit an application, and schedule a strategy call. Booking a call does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is only formed after a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any call at our discretion.
Specific performance guarantees, if any, are stated only in a signed written client agreement and never on the Site or in marketing materials.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, software, and design, is owned by Greative Media or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third party services (including HighLevel, SendGrid, Google, Loom, Cloudflare, and Meta). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Greative Media, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greative Media and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
